Service Description

This Webinar is designed for future and current parents of K-12 students who want to learn how to develop an early literacy program for their child or enhance their current learning plan. The Webinar highlights the importance of early literacy, and how to build these skills to give children the best academic outcome possible. This talk also discusses how to help students who are struggling academically. There is a concerning lack of proficiency in the basic reading and writing skills among our students, affecting their comprehension and critical thinking abilities. These foundational skills are crucial for mastering rigorous academic work and achieving success across various disciplines. A knowledge gap exists among students, with some lagging behind by one, two, three, or even four grade levels in reading and math. An increasing number of children are repeating grades due to issues such as lack of knowledge and motivation, sporadic attendance, challenges at home, behavioral problems, and learning disabilities. Closing this gap requires taking a hard look at how we are raising our children and deciding what we are willing to change.
